  • Compliance with laws and regulations in your industry

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate services by:

  • Providing 14 days' written notice

  • Paying for all work completed through the termination date

  • Forfeiting any deposits or prepayments for future work

10.2 Termination by AMPL Consulting

We may terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms or fail to pay invoices

  • You fail to provide necessary cooperation or information

  • The engagement becomes commercially unreasonable

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • You will receive deliverables completed through the termination date

  • Outstanding invoices become immediately due

  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

  • SMS subscriptions are canceled (you may also manually opt-out)

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal action, both parties agree to:

  • Communicate concerns in good faith

  • Attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation

  • Allow 30 days for informal resolution attempts

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Modifications to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date

  • Notifying active clients via email or SMS

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue services and notify us.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with individual service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMPL Consulting.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.

13.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
